In Saxony’s first adven­ture pool, guests can have fun on over 600 square meters of water sur­face. An 80-meter-long giant slide is wai­ting to be con­quered just as much as the sports and adven­ture pool, the hot whirl­pool or the flow channel. The tro­pical sun­bathing garden or the sauna lure you to relax. Ori­gi­nally, the pool was planned as a stan­dard swim­ming hall for the Gor­bitz resi­den­tial area in the west of Dresden. Before the con­s­truc­tion was com­pleted, however, the GDR era ended. After the poli­tical tur­n­around there was the replan­ning to an adven­ture pool.
